Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Oyzla Leads LLC, trading as Oyzla AI ("Oyzla AI," "we," "us"), handles information when you visit oyzlaleads.com or engage our services. We are a small business based in Saratoga Springs, Utah, United States. You can reach us at any time at oyzla.ai@gmail.com.
1. What we collect
From the contact form on our home page, we collect exactly these fields and nothing else:
- Your name — so we know who we're replying to.
- Business name — so we can understand the context of your enquiry.
- Email address — so we can reply.
- Phone number — optional. Only provided if you would rather we called you.
- Your message ("What would you automate?") — the description of the work you'd like help with.
- Your consent tick — the record that you agreed to be contacted.
From our onboarding form, if you are sent one, we collect the business/agency name, contact email, and the setup answers that form asks for.
During an engagement, we collect the project information you choose to share with us — content, documents, examples, and instructions we need in order to build and tune your tools.
We do not collect your account passwords. Where a tool needs to reach one of your accounts, you authorize that connection yourself through your own login, and you can revoke it at any time.
We do not run analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or session recording on this website, and we do not build visitor profiles. See "Cookies and tracking" below.
2. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and to discuss whether we can help.
- To prepare a scope and an estimate, and to design, build, host, monitor, and improve tools we build for you.
- To send service-related messages about an engagement you have with us (billing, changes, incidents).
- To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to a newsletter from this form. If we ever do send marketing email, it will identify us, say why you're receiving it, and carry a working unsubscribe link.
3. Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics tag, no advertising tag, and no cross-site tracker, which is why you are not being shown a cookie banner. To be complete about what does happen in your browser:
- Google Fonts. Our pages load two typefaces from
fonts.googleapis.comandfonts.gstatic.com. Making that request sends your IP address and browser/user-agent details to Google, as any request to any server does. Google states it does not set cookies for the Google Fonts API. We do not receive or see this data. Google's handling of it is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. - The contact form. When — and only when — you press "Send enquiry", your answers are posted to a Google Form owned by us. That submission reaches Google's servers and is stored in a Google Sheet in our Google account. Google may set its own cookies in connection with that request. Nothing is sent before you submit.
- Hosting. The site is served as static files by GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub processes the request data needed to deliver the page (including your IP address) and may retain server logs under its own policies.
Your browser may store ordinary items such as cached fonts. We do not read them.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. We share it only with the service providers we need in order to operate, and only as much as each one needs:
- Google (Google Forms, Google Sheets, Gmail) — receives and stores contact-form submissions and our email correspondence with you.
- GitHub (GitHub Pages) — serves this website.
- Hosting and AI providers we use to run tools we build for you — they process the data needed to produce that tool's output, under their own terms.
- Professional advisers (for example an accountant), and anyone we are legally required to disclose to.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become work: we aim to delete them within 24 months of our last contact with you.
- Client records and project data: kept for the life of the engagement and then for up to 7 years, so we can meet US tax and accounting record-keeping expectations.
- Email correspondence: kept for as long as it is useful to the relationship, then deleted on the same schedule.
You can ask us to delete sooner — see below — and we will unless we are required to keep something.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect what you share with us: accounts protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication, access limited to people who need it, and no storage of your account passwords at any point. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
7. Your rights and choices
Whatever state you live in, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you and where it came from;
- Correct anything that's wrong;
- Delete what we hold, subject to records we must keep by law;
- Stop contacting you altogether.
Email oyzla.ai@gmail.com with what you'd like and we will action it, normally within 30 days. We will not charge you or treat you differently for asking. We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are used in US state privacy laws, so there is nothing to opt out of.
8. Children
This website and our services are for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
9. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be described here.
